The City of Luna Pier Board of Review will meet at the Municipal Building, 4357 Buckeye St., Luna Pier, Michigan, 48157, on the following days:

Tuesday, March 7th, 2017 at 8:30 am.
To Protest to the Board of Review by appointment, please Call 734-848-6495 for appointment, or if a non-resident you may protest by letter. Letters must be postmarked by March 7th, 2017.
Monday, March 13th, 2017
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday, March 14th, 2017
2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m
As required by Public Act 188 of the Public Acts of 1975, the tentative ratio
and estimated multiplier for the City of Luna Pier are hereby listed by class of property. The ratio and multiplier are subject to the actions of the Assessing Officer and the board of Review and can be improved at their discretion. The tentative 2015 factors to be applied to the assessed valuations, as established by the Monroe County Equalization Department, are as follows:
