Monday - Thursday (after 3:30PM): $50.00

Friday (after 3:30PM): $60.00

Saturday - Sunday (after 7:00AM): $100.00

NON RESIDENTS:

Monday - Thursday (after 3:30PM): $75.00

Friday (after 3:30PM): $100.00

Saturday - Sunday (after 7:00AM): $200.00

KEY DEPOSIT: 

All Days: $100.00

KEY DETAILS ABOUT RENTING WATER TOWER PARK:

• Water Tower Park is a NON-SMOKING FACILITY
• The main calendar is kept at City Hall, please call or stop by for Hall availability
• Visit City Hall to fill out a HALL USAGE POLICY & RENTAL AGREEMENT
• Payment to rent the Hall is due at the time of event scheduling
• Alcohol is permitted on the premise, but only according to the RENTAL AGREEMENT
• Basic kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee urn, and fridge

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Lease can be cancelled by Lessee by written notice to City Hall 30 days prior to rental date and af full refund will be allowed.
