Ready for a Great Summer! Luna Pier Branch Library is the place to be!

Join our Summer Reading Club: Build A Better World. Come to the library any time after June 12^th to sign up. Complete a series of reading activities and win a book of your own!

Make and Take: Every Saturday in July anytime between 10:00 and 11:30 a.m., come to the Luna Pier Branch Library and participate in a “Make and Take” craft or activity. Children must be able to read directions or bring a friend to help them.

Linnea’s Garden: Tuesdays, starting June 20^th at the Luna Pier Branch Library at 6:30 p.m. Help plant a community garden at the library. Linnea’s will teach us how to grow a variety of vegetables and we will taste them as they grow. Please wear OLD CLOTHES as we will be planting, watering, and weeding. Join us for some educational, tasty soil fun.

Preschool Gardeners @ Luna Pier Branch Library. Starting Thursday, June 29^th, at 10:30 a.m. preschoolers will plant and learn to care for their own indoor garden. We will read a fun book and get to taste what we grow. Please be sure to dress in play clothes that can get dirty.

Wow: Wandering the World! For six weeks, beginning Thursday, June 21^st join us for a fun trips to six different counties without leaving Luna Pier. Each journey will begin at 4:00 p.m. at the Luna Pier library and will include stories, crafts, music, games and snacks.

Thursday Afternoon Movies: Every Thursday in July, starting July 6th at 1:00 p.m., we will be showing family movies at Luna Pier Branch Library. Come watch a movie in the air conditioning and enjoy a treat.

Teen Movie Night: Friday nights in July starting July 7^th, at 6:00 p.m. come to the Luna Pier Branch and enjoy a movie picked especially for teens. We will have treats!
